PRENATAL YOGA
Experience the benefits of Prenatal Yoga at Asha Yoga. This energizing class is designed specifically for pregnancy and is suitable for all stages. Included in the practice, enjoy a restorative savasana to promote relaxation and stress relief. Join us for a class tailored to support you and your baby's well-being.
